Booth Space
$2.00 per square foot per month
Locked Showcase (locked cases are not allowed in booth spaces)
$80.00 per full case per month – approx. 3 or 4 feet wide by 5 feet high
$45.00 per 1/2 case per month – approx. 18 inches wide by 5 feet high
Shelving Unit (approx. 3 feet wide by 5 feet tall)
Main Floor--$50 per month
2nd Floor---$40 per month
Vendor Policies
In addition to space rental fees, a 10% commission is added to all sales.
Space is rented on a monthly basis and can be vacated at any time with 30 days written notice in advance of the end of the month the Vendor intends to vacate.
A security deposit, equivalent to 1 month rental fees, is due upon signing of Rental Agreement along with the first month's rent. No spaces will be held without a signed Rental Agreement along with paid deposit and first month's rent.
Merchandise must fit into one or more of the following criteria:
All vendors must provide a copy of their Merchant Certificate to be kept on file at Yesterday’s Treasures.
Business Tax applications (BT-1) may be filed online at the Indiana Department of Revenue website--fee is $25.

- of significant collectible quality
- artisan items utilizing vintage or antique items or techniques
